  • I'm unsure if online programming is right for me?
    Our app based online training focuses on delivering long-term, progressive training solutions regardless of your goal(s). Each training ‘cycle’ is designed to effectively blend mobility training, corrective exercises, strength and conditioning with the option to seamlessly tailor your training specific to injury history, body building and/or cardio targets. However please feel free to get in touch regarding 1-2-1 options with our head coaches.
  • Do I need to have access to a gym to perform the workouts?
    Yes - Our sessions are programmed in accordance with the provision of any gym so no specialist equipment is needed. Certain exercises will also come with alternatives should equipment not be available.
  • Can I change my programme?
    Yes, at Brick we allow all of our customers the freedom and flexibility to customise their programme to meet new goals, targets, aches and pains offering the most bespoke service possible.
  • How long are the sessions?
    Workouts will take around 45-75 minutes.
  • What if I can't do a particular exercise?
    Our programmes offer alternative exercises for movements deemed complex providing relevant regressions geared towards accessing the same results to meet your training competency.
  • Will I be too sore to train the next day?
    No, although our muscles require load for adaptation our programmes are carefully designed to progress safely. We administer load based upon RPE (Rating of Perceived Exertion) by sticking to the suggested scale you’ll be able to stay at the top of your game without feeling too fatigued.
